How do I decide which converter box to buy?

In addition to other online sources you may find, Jesse Chettle runs a blog that offers reviews of various converter boxes.  If you live in the Bangor area, you will probably want to consider a box that offers digital-to-analog pass-through capability.  Low-power TV stations such as WBGR and WFVX are not required to go digital by the 2/17/09 deadline, so the pass-through box will enable you to continue watching these stations after the analog cutoff date.  Below is a link to a document that will provide more info on various boxes, as well as local, online and telephone sources for purchasing boxes.
